Mommy + Me Dance Class!

Dancing together is another great way to let go and bond through music. This 45-minute interactive class is designed for parents of little ones aged birth to 4years. We'll have fun listening to an energetic, upbeat playlist of hit music. Whether you're a new or an experienced parent, share the joy of movement and create lasting memories through a mix of dance styles and music. 

Let's create an uplifting community while having fun on the dance floor with other like-minded parents!

FAQS:

• Do I need a baby sling/carrier? No, but you may feel more comfortable dancing with one.
• Will the music be loud? The level of music will be set at an appropriate level for all ages.
• Can more than one guardian participate in class? Yes, just be sure to sign up both guardians.
• Can more than one child participate? Yes, each additional child is $10 USD.
• Ramp Parking is in front by Holler Brewing Co. Rear Parking Lot (no ramp) 1502 Sawyer.
• Snacks are not provided but you are welcome to bring!
